Oliven\u00f6l in einem grossen Topf erhitzen. Speckw\u00fcrfeli glasig werden lassen, Fleisch beif\u00fcgen, Maizena dar\u00fcber streuen, unter Wenden kr\u00e4ftig anbraten.<br \/>\n2. Karottenst\u00fccke und Zwiebeln und Tomatenp\u00fcree beif\u00fcgen, mitbraten. Mit Paprika und Thymian w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\n3. Mit Gem\u00fcsebouillon abl\u00f6schen, Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter beif\u00fcgen, ca. 1 Stunde schmoren.<br \/>\n4.
